Accommodation
Students are free to find their own accommodation in the city and house and flat-shares are easy to find online. Rents in London are high, but with some searching it is possible to find good rooms for about £750 per month (excluding bills) in zones 2-3.
However, in order to check the condition and suitability of potential accommodation it is important to see it in person before agreeing to move in and, if you are unable to do so, to remove the risk we recommend taking a room at a hall of residence that can be arranged for you by Amity. We are able to help arrange places for students in a variety of student halls around the city and the details of those we commonly use are listed below. In order to receive help with arranging accommodation, please indicate in order of preference on your application form the halls of residence in which you are interested.

Run by UNITE, Emily Bowes Court is a purpose-built student block conveniently located by Tottenham Hale railway station. Residents are housed in en-suite bedrooms in flats with shared kitchen and dining areas. Allocation of rooms in each flat takes into account preferences with regard to smoking, vegetarianism, year of study and single sex accommodation.
